After you have made your final choice of a hotel, you should make a prepayment if it is necessary (read more on the page "How to pay for a hotel room"). Then you will get a "Voucher" - the document confirming that a hotel room is reserved for you. "Voucher" is sent on the letter-head of a hotel. Your address, contact information, the sum paid by you, the amount to be paid, the dates of visit and departure, your surname, etc. will be indicated there. This document is produced when calling at a hotel.
