HOW TO PAY A HOTEL ROOM
As soon as you have agreed with our managers upon the exact hotel which you would like to reserve, you should transfer a prepayment for the first twenty four hours of your stay in the hotel. Prepayment is a guarantee of your coming to the hotel and our reservation of the hotel room for you. There are cases when prepayment is not obligatory - it depends on the season when you are going to visit St. Petersburg and on internal policy of a hotel. In summer and during New Year`s holidays and other significant holidays prepayment is obligatory in all the hotels of St. Petersburg.
There are several ways of prepayment transfer. The simplest method for natural persons is money order through Sberbank Rossii (Savings Bank of Russia). The reservation department manager who will process your request will send you all necessary information and you will only have to pay in any department of Sberbank Rossii. After having done it, you will have to send a copy of the payment order to the manager. After that we will reserve the hotel room for you in the shortest period of time.
You can also pay using one of the following methods:
- cashless settlement;
- by cash in the office of our company in St. Petersburg (prepayment can be made by your representative);
- the money transfer system Contact;
- the money transfer system Western Union;
- the money transfer system Yandex.Money.
Our company also accepts guarantee letters from artificial persons. You can get the guarantee letter form from our managers.
We tender all necessary report documents for accounts department to people on business.
The internal rate of exchange of our company is $1=30 rubles.
